Concerning the products studied and manufactured for Series 04, due to our sensitivity to ecology and our desire for quality, we prioritize short circuits with French and European partners. Thierry Bluet, the founder and boss of Série 04, is responsible for the management of the company, the development of the store and the website, the research and creation of new products, purchases and manufacturing studies. Benjamin, our salesperson, is responsible for preparing your orders and receiving you at the counter. Marie, our logistician, also prepares your orders and ensures the proper implementation of the packaging and wrapping of your orders, answers technical questions from the after-sales service. Nassrina, our secretary, is in charge of administration. A team that is committed to improving our service and our offer, to best meet your needs, as well as preparing and shipping your orders efficiently and with the greatest care.
