preparation and transport of your parcels

Orders are generally and on average prepared and shipped between 2 to 4 days* for goods in stock (*excluding peak periods, Covid, or lack of staff.) and 5 to 8 days for goods on order with a delay. 24h/48h/72h or 96h replenishment at the store depending on our suppliers. (expect a longer period for used parts if dismantled and standard exchange parts, those not available at the store). The standard shipping method for France is Colissimo at home or the relay pickup point, and Colissimo international for Europe and the rest of the world. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link on the day of shipment that will allow you to track the progress of your package online until delivery.

We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Particular care is taken with the package and particularly those containing fragile products. The packages are oversized and well protected. Closed annual holidays during the first three weeks of August and the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.

In the case of an urgent order for a part (example: breakdown, immobilization away from home, etc.), please let us know, we will process and dispatch your order as a priority.
Windshields are only shipped in mainland France.
